What is the difference between Full Spectrum and Broad Spectrum CBD?
CBD has become increasingly popular of the past few years, being formulated in many different products. Prior to using CBD, it’s important to do your research to see what will work best for you; a bit of information can be found here.
On a basic level, CBD is separated into to two forms, Full Spectrum and Broad Spectrum.
This an important place to start, as they are very different. Starting with full spectrum, this type contains ALL the components inherently found in CBD. Products of this sort tend to be stronger and have more of an effect (given the presence of THC), which is often referred to as the “entourage effect.” This is a result of all the natural components interacting within our bodies.
Broad Spectrum CBD contains no THC; however, the other components of CBD are still present. This is a perfect option for those sensitive to THC, or just wanting to avoid it completely. Although broad-spectrum CBD is sometimes considered the weaker of the two types, it still has many amazing benefits.
I continue to stress the importance of doing research before venturing into the world of CBD products. Our individual needs vary and having the proper knowledge will increase the chance of having a pleasant experience with CBD.
