www.donatacbd.com is an e-commerce website. The purpose of the DONATA CBD website is to sell natural products and share information. Electronic Communications 

Electronic communications with Donata CBD include visiting www.donatacbd.com, sending emails, direct messages (DMs), chat box messages, and texts. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email, DMs, chat box messages, texts and on the website, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.


(a). When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. (b). Our messaging service will be used for marketing communications (including company updates, events, sales, shopping cart reminders, etc.) (c). You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. (d). If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. (e). Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Symmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless). ***Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages*** (f). As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Frequency of messages may vary. Terms of Use

By purchasing from DONATA CBD, you agree that you are of legal age in your state, county, country, province, or territory to purchase these products.

You also agree to use our products for their intended purpose only.

DONATA CBD assumes no responsibility for the improper use of these products. Your purchase from donatacbd.com waives, without exception, your right to hold DONATA CBD liable in any way for the misuse of our products.

The customer holds responsibility over his or her own actions. A purchase from DONATA CBD is an exercise in this responsibility.

All customers agree that you are solely responsible for following your own state's/country’s regulations regarding the products you purchase.

You as the customer have the right to make an informed decision prior to purchasing from DONATA CBD.

DONATA CBD products are not guaranteed effective and have not been reviewed or approved by the FDA.

Your purchase demonstrates your absolute assumption of liability.
The customer agrees they have provided a correct and secure mailing address.

The customer agrees to a seven (7) to ten (10) business day order processing time (this is the time before an order ships).

The customer agrees that DONATA CBD is not responsible for a parcel that has been lost or damaged by a delivery carrier, including USPS.

The customer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS if their purchase/package has been damaged or lost.

International customers are responsible for paying any import/duty taxes and fees owed.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges 

Given the nature of DONATA CBD products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not permitted (unless the wrong product was received). You as the customer have the right to make an informed decision prior to purchase. Your purchase demonstrates your absolute assumption of liability.

·We do not accept returns, refunds, and/or exchanges based on product effectiveness, taste, feel, appearance, effects, reactions, or the like.

Order changes and cancellations can only be made the same day as purchase. Please contact us by emailing cbd@donata.co to cancel your order and request a refund. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all cancelled orders.

Due to the consumable nature of most of the DONATA CBD products, returns, refunds, and/or exchanges are not accepted unless the wrong item was received. If this occurs, please contact us by emailing cbd@donata.co and we will do our best to make things right.

Refunds will not be issued for items lost or damaged by USPS as we closely follow USPS shipping and packaging standards which ensure your items make their journey to you safely. Once a package leaves our hands, its fate is out of our control.

No refunds will be issued for international orders subject to damage, customs seizure, non-delivery, or loss.
